The poster session is on Monday 08-14-2017 and 08-15-2017 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at 443 Via Ortega, Stanford, CA 94305. ALL presenters must drop off their poster during registration check-in on Monday morning (8/14/2017).
We have arranged transportation from the lecture hall (Panofsky Auditorium) at SLAC to Stanford Campus and the schedule is as follows:
Monday, 8/14
5:45pm Departure from SUSB Panofsky Auditorium to the Shriram Center, 443 Via Ortega, Stanford University – will make three trips starting at 5:45pm, 6:15pm and 6:45pm.
9:30pm Shuttle departs from the Shriram Center back to SLAC- Guest House
Tuesday, 8/15

The dimensions for the poster is 30in (76.2cm) width x 40in (101.6cm) height. We are unable to accommodate posters larger than that.
