Conference Registration Fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions
- Breakfast & coffee/tea break refreshments,
- Dinner on 08/14, 08/15, and 08/16
NOTE: Cancellations must be sent in writing to meetingplanning@stanford.edu. If a cancellation is received before July 30, 2017, the registration fee minus an administration charge of ($30.00) will be refunded. No refunds will be extended after July 30, 2017 or for "no-show" attendees.
