Job requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Material Science, Physics or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry within the past 3 years and possess a detailed understanding of the modeling of bulk photo-materials properties and or dynamics at interfaces. A knowledge of  the surfaces within density functional theory and its application in heterogeneous catalysis is a bonus.

Mid- to high-level python programming skills with Pymatgen and ASE are necessary to produce and analyze the data. The applicant is required to have good team skills and should possess the ability to handle and monitor several projects at the same time. Oral, written and graphical competency in the English language is essential.
